Permission to obtain assets in the concession was granted to QTerminals Olvia LLC. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved the concession of the entire property complex of the Olvia Stevedoring Company and the corresponding property of the State Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine in the Specialized Seaport of Olvia.

Permission granted to QTerminals Olvia LLC (Mykolaiv) to receive in concession assets belonging to Olvia Insurance Company (Mykolaiv) and Seaports Administration of Ukraine (Kyiv), which together provide business activities for the provision of stevedoring services in the specialized seaport of Olvia, – said in the decision of the AMC of November 30.

In August last year an agreement was signed on the transfer of the property of the Qatar-based company QTerminals to the Olvia Stevedoring Company.

In January, the company won a tender for a property concession from Olvia Stevedoring Company. This is the first international project of the Qatari port operator.

It was reported that QTerminals, as a concessionaire, intends to develop the port of Olvia as a grain hub.
