Tender for the supply of up to 20 new low-floor single-sided trams

MZK Toruń has announced a framework tender for the supply of up to 20 new low-floor single-sided trams, as well as the supply of specialized service equipment and an operation and maintenance complex, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
The trams must be between 28 and 32 meters long and equipped with air conditioning and monitoring systems.

The objective of the order is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of up to 20 units of brand-new single-sided trams together with the supply of specialized service equipment and an operational and maintenance complex.
Transport vehicles ranging from 28 to 32 meters in length must be low-floor and equipped, including: air conditioning, monitoring, and ticket vending machines.
The deadline for submitting proposals is April 22.
The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months. The implementation period is up to 20 months from the date of contract conclusion.
