The car is based on the Talgo 230 platform, characterized by a lightweight design that reduces energy consumption for train traction by up to 30% compared to traditional counterparts.

The first deliveries of the cars to Denmark took place in January 2024, allowing local railways access to the latest technologies in passenger transport.

On the open-air site of the exhibition, Talgo showcased the BR 105 electric locomotive for ICE L high-speed trains intended for German railways.

This locomotive is also developed on the Talgo 230 platform, confirming the versatility and efficiency of the applied technologies.

The framework agreement with DB, signed in 2019, provides for the supply of up to 100 ICE L trains.
