Turkish company Arkas plans to develop its railway container service to Duisburg
An agreement has been announced between logistics group Arkas Logistics, Duisburger Hafen (Duisport), and Hupac for the development of a railway service between the Halkalı terminals (European part of Istanbul) and Duisburg, according to the railway portal Railway Supply, citing Railway Gazette.
