September, October, and the first ten days of November 2024 saw record shipments. Kazakhstan’s railways transported two million tons of grain to international markets during this period.

This volume surpasses the previous year by 1.334 million tons, representing a 50% annual increase. These figures reflect significant growth in various export directions and strengthened logistical efficiency.
Grain exports to Central Asia rose by 37%, satisfying the increasing regional demand for agricultural products. Meanwhile, shipments to Afghanistan grew by 64%, underscoring expanding trade ties with neighboring countries.
Remarkably, exports to Iran through the port of Aktau surged by an astounding 2900%. This milestone highlights Kazakhstan’s ability to optimize logistics and unlock new trade opportunities.
