Now passengers can conveniently buy tickets online through the chatbot, including trips on the Kyiv Children’s Railway. One of the main offers is the “Capital” express, available for booking 20 days before the trip. This is especially useful for passengers planning their trips in advance.

Special attention is given to the option of buying group tickets. The chatbot allows purchasing tickets for groups of up to 20 people in one transaction, which greatly simplifies organizing school trips, family outings, and other events.

Ukrzaliznytsia is also working on expanding chatbot functions to include ticket sales for other cities’ children’s railways. In the near future, it will be possible to purchase tickets for children’s railways in Lviv, Rivne, and Dnipro.
