In just two years, BZI’s RailSync facility processed over 600 rail cars and handled more than 100 million pounds of cargo. This shift also removed thousands of truckloads from regional highways, improving efficiency and safety.

Because of UIPA’s investment strategy, 75% of new tax revenue from the project area reinvests directly into infrastructure like roads, fiber networks, and utilities. The county retains the remaining 25%, ensuring sustained economic benefits for local communities.
