Quality control testing equipment for welded rail joints

The equipment for quality control testing of welded rail joints is equipped with a falling weight of standard mass 1000 kg.

A hammer lifts the falling weight by means of a lifting device to the height required for testing, then releases the falling weight so that it strikes the rail sample positioned on the sample anvil to obtain test data.

The equipment can meet the testing requirements of various types of rails for impact testing with a falling weight.

Suitable for controlling rail welding for railway works and engineering projects, it can conduct impact testing on welded rail joints of 50 kg/m, 60 kg/m, 75 kg/m rails.
