LLC Kievguma

LLC Kievguma is a company with a history spanning over 90 years. Today, the product range includes more than 4,000 items made from rubber, latex, PVC, TEP, and silicone.

This range encompasses both molded products (technical plates, rings, cuffs, household and industrial items) and non-molded products (seals, profiles, gaskets, membrane sheets, etc.), as well as a wide assortment of tactical medical supplies, personal protective equipment, sports and rehabilitation products, and childcare items.

Kievguma manufactures both standard products under its own brand and works with customers under contract manufacturing terms. The company produces items according to customer drawings.

Upon customer request, laboratory specialists develop the necessary rubber compound to ensure that the final product meets all specifications, including hardness, strength, frost resistance, and more.

The company currently employs approximately 400 people and operates four production workshops and 23 departments. It also has its own tooling department that facilitates the prompt manufacturing of molds and dies based on designs from the in-house design department or customer blueprints.

The company’s production capabilities enable the manufacture of over 1,000 tons of rubber compounds per month, up to 10,000 tons of rubber fabric, more than 1,000 tons of seals, over 60,000 heaters, and around 30 million pharmaceutical stoppers.

Furthermore, the company maintains a laboratory for the physical and chemical testing of materials and products, accredited by the National Agency of Ukraine in accordance with DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006 (ISO/IEC 17025:2005) standards. Testing is conducted at all stages of production, from rubber compounds to finished products.

The company has implemented quality management and safety management systems, certified with TUV Rheinland ISO 9001:2015 and TÜV Austria EN ISO 13485 certificates.
