Areas of Activity

Repair and Modernization of Rolling Stock

We carry out major repairs and modernization of a wide range of locomotives, including freight, passenger, and shunting locomotives, as well as diesel and electric train series. We pay special attention to restoring the functionality of all key systems and enhancing their technical characteristics to extend the service life of rolling stock.

Our specialists also focus on modernizing traction equipment, increasing power, improving efficiency, and reducing operational costs.

Engine Repair and Modernization

We repair diesel and electric engines, including locomotive and train units. The repair of electric machines and engines involves a full cycle of work, from diagnostics to the restoration of all necessary components and assemblies.

A crucial part of our work is the repair of wheelsets and bogies, which are critically important for ensuring safety and travel comfort.

Production of Spare Parts

Currently, we manufacture over 600 types of spare parts for locomotives, electric trains, and diesel trains. These include high-tech components such as:

Cylinder liners for diesel engines 10D100, D49, D50, 14D40, K6S310DR.
Pistons for diesel engines 10D100.
Crankshaft bearings for diesel engines 10D100 and D50.
Piston rings for diesel engines 10D100, D49, D50, 14D40, K6S310DR.
Various gears, toothed wheels, gear casings, collectors, mufflers.
Support bearings for traction motors.
Axles, pins, bushings, couplings, rollers, flanges, and other essential components.

Modernization and Restoration of Assemblies

In addition to replacing parts, we also restore and upgrade various assemblies of diesel locomotives, electric trains, and other rolling stock units. This process includes not only repairs but also improvements in technical characteristics, contributing to increased reliability and extended service life.
