Key events for PESA this year include winning a railway tender in Romania and the opportunity to secure contracts worth almost 4 billion Polish zloty.

The consortium in partnership with Bydgoszcz was also selected as the contractor for a new tram line in Jerusalem. PESA, as part of the consortium, is set to deliver 132 Twist trams.

The factory’s traditions date back to 1851. It’s been over 170 years since the inception of the workshops on the grounds of the current industrial “city within a city,” known as PESA Bydgoszcz.
