The Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Mustafa Nayem wrote about this on his Facebook page, reports the railway magazine Railway Supply.


“Last week, we officially addressed our colleagues with a request to stop any road communication with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Thanks to all ministers of transport of the listed countries. The reaction is instant. We are waiting for the final result,” the official commented.

He also noted that if a positive decision is made, checkpoints for freight vehicles with the Russian Federation and Belarus will be closed, which means that such transportation will become impossible, reports Rail.insider.
