The launch of e-IC 2.0 is a major development for PKP Intercity passengers. The updated system includes new functional and graphical features designed to streamline the ticket purchasing process.

Adapted to customer needs, the system provides innovative solutions for a more comfortable user experience.

– Starting from August, users can purchase and book season tickets online. The process has been simplified, eliminating the need to create an account on the website.

– Passengers transferring between stations within the Warsaw agglomeration now have the option to purchase tickets with transfers.

– The new e-IC 2.0 website is now available in English.

– Customize parameters such as the number of passengers, age discounts, and amenities, including quiet zones or bicycle spaces.

– Special offers like “Family Ticket” and “Cheaper with Relatives” are highlighted.

– Comprehensive view of trip costs, including all passengers and discounts.

– Automatic application of discounts when specific conditions are met.

Users coming from external search engines will be gradually redirected to the e-IC 2.0 website. This redirection will be available through Google Maps and other sources. The e-IC 2.0 system will run parallel to the current e-IC version, with a link to the new platform on intercity.pl.
