Polish company Modertrans has delivered its Moderus Gamma LF 10 AC BD tram to Germany for the first time, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

This tram is intended for route 87, connecting Ransdorf station of Berlin’s urban railway and Woltersdorf in Brandenburg.

HYDBOX – a portable case for cleaning brake hydraulic blocks and batteries of railway transport

The tram is equipped with batteries allowing it to operate on sections without overhead wires.

Its design is based on the trams used in Poznań, and it features two driver’s cabins, six doors, and seats for 76 passengers.

Before delivery to Germany, the tram underwent testing in Poznań, and now preparations for its operation and staff training are ongoing.
