The train departs Rajendra Nagar at 7:45 p.m. and arrives New Delhi at 1:10 p.m. the next day, operating daily in both directions. Return service starts August 1 at 7:10 p.m. from New Delhi, reaching Rajendra Nagar at 11:45 a.m.

This service includes eight Sleeper coaches, eleven General coaches, two luggage‑cum‑brake vans, and a pantry car. The ₹560 fare (~$6.80) reflects improved comfort, including jerk‑free travel and modern facilities.

The train stops at Patna, Danapur, Ara, Buxar, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Dubedarganj, Govindpuri, and Ghaziabad en route. Schedules remain consistent for return trips, ensuring predictability.

Northern Railway ran two inaugural specials before the official launch. The first departed Rajendra Nagar at 11:45 a.m., arriving New Delhi at 4 p.m. the next day. The second left New Delhi on July 19 at 6 p.m. and reached Patna early the following morning.

Indian Railways has now introduced four Amrit Bharat services, following routes including Darbhanga–Anand Vihar, Malda Town–SMVT Bengaluru, and Mumbai LTT–Saharsa. Three additional routes will launch on July 18, boosting connectivity and travel quality.
