About the D50 Engine:

• Type: Inline 6-cylinder, four-stroke diesel with water cooling.

• Features: Reliable design, cylinder diameter of 318 mm, piston stroke of 330 mm, 4 valves per cylinder.

What’s Included in the Overhaul:

1. Diagnostics: Complete disassembly and inspection of all components (crankshaft, fuel injection pump, camshafts, pistons, valves).
2. Replacement of Worn Parts: Piston rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, etc.
3. System Repairs: Restoration of the fuel system (fuel injection pump), cooling, and lubrication systems.
4. Upgrades (Optional): Increasing the compression ratio to 12, adjusting turbocharging to 1.6 atm for improved power.
5. Assembly and Testing: Bench testing, adjustment of idle speed (from 270 rpm) and operating power.
