The ceremony marks the commencement of operations for the first new hybrid locomotive, CHA3C1, by CRRC, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

The locomotive weighs 23 tons, has a traction force of 320 kN, continuous traction force of 260 kN, and is capable of diesel, electric, and hybrid traction modes.
