This innovative solution will simplify the process of coupling and uncoupling carriages with the One-touch technology, where all operations are performed by pressing a single button.

The system is designed for use in trains and metros, allowing passengers to move comfortably between carriages without staff involvement.

The main feature of HUBNER’s new automatic coupling system is its ability to function without disconnecting the train from the power supply or requiring manual labor.

This significantly speeds up railway processes and enhances safety.

Developers are confident that their solution will become indispensable for rail operators, especially in high-traffic conditions.

HUBNER is already in negotiations with major North American operators to implement this system on regional routes.

If agreements are reached, the company plans to roll out mass production of the couplings in the coming years.

It is worth noting that, in addition to developing systems for trains, HUBNER actively collaborates with manufacturers of urban light rail transport.

In 2022, an agreement was signed with Stadler to supply more than a thousand connecting units for CITYLINK tram models.

This project will continue until 2031, and maintenance of the fleets will be provided for the following 32 years.

With its extensive experience and commitment to innovation, HUBNER continues to strengthen its position in the transport solutions market by offering technologies that make travel safer and more convenient.
