Non-molded technical plates are produced depending on their purpose, construction, and manufacturing method

Non-molded plates are manufactured in the following grades: TMKShch – heat, frost, acid, and alkali-resistant; MBS – oil, gasoline, food, heat, vacuum, ozone-resistant, and others.

They are divided into the following classes:
1 – plates with a thickness from 1.0 to 20.0 mm, designed for sealing assemblies operating under pressures above 0.1 MPa;
2 – plates with a thickness from 1.0 to 60.0 mm, intended for sealing assemblies operating under pressures up to 0.1 MPa, to prevent friction between metal surfaces, and as shock absorbers and liners.

There are different types of plates:
F – molded plates made by vulcanization in molds using vulcanization presses;
H – non-molded plates made by vulcanization in boilers and continuous-action vulcanizers.

Plates can also be of different types: I – rubber plates; II – rubber-cloth plates.

Their hardness can be classified as M – soft; C – medium; T – high.

MBS technical plate according to GOST 7338-90 is a type of rubber plate widely used for the production of rubber technical products (RTI). These products are designed for sealing joints and assemblies, as well as for use as liners and shock absorbers, preventing friction between metal surfaces.

MBS technical plates can be used in various conditions, including gasoline, various oils and fuels. They are also suitable for working with inert gases, air, nitrogen, and liquid hydrocarbon compounds.

TMKShch technical plate according to GOST 7338-90 has the following name decryption: heat-frost-acid-alkali-resistant. It can be used in adverse conditions, including various temperature ranges, water, solutions, acids, and alkalis.

The application of TMKShch technical plates includes corrosion and chemical protection of metal surfaces, reducing friction, shock absorption, and insulation from extreme temperatures.

Vacuum technical plates, according to TU U 600152135.063-99, are used for sealing gaskets in vacuum systems and pumps. They can operate under moderate climate conditions with temperatures ranging from +8°C to +70°C.

The shelf life for these plates: 1st class – 5.5 years; 2nd class – 2.5 years from the date of manufacture. The warranty period of use: 1st class – 3 years; 2nd class – 1 year from the date of introduction into operation within the warranty storage period.

Thermally resistant silicone technical plates, according to TU U 38.105376-92, are used for sealing joints and assemblies operating at high and low temperatures. They are also suitable for use in the food and medical industries.

The warranty shelf life for such plates is 2 years from the date of manufacture. The plates should be stored under specific conditions to avoid the influence of various substances that can damage them.
