The rolling stock is equipped with special lift platforms for boarding/disembarking passengers with limited mobility and features 26 sleeping berths.
The production of the 61-931 cars was launched by TVSRZ in 2019. The car interior is divided into standard compartments and compartments designed for passengers with limited mobility.
The latter include an additional restroom, expanded sliding doors, and increased width. These compartments are designed for two passengers and include seating for an accompanying person, a chair, and a dedicated space for a wheelchair.
The lower bunk can be adjusted to different positions: lying down, semi-reclined, and sitting.
