Navigation on the Bosphorus suspended in both directions

A message about this appeared on April 20 on the website of the Turkish Coast Guard General Directorate, reports the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to Anadolu.
“The movement of ships off the coast of the metropolis in the direction from north to south was suspended on April 20 from 02:00 local time, and from south to north from 06:15,” the message says.
There is no information yet about the reasons for such a decision, as well as when navigation will be resumed.
