Molded technical plates

Molded technical plates have the following characteristics

– Dimensions: 1000×1000 mm
– Thickness: 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20 mm
– Types of plates: MBS, TMKSCH, food-grade, vacuum, ozone-resistant, transformer.

They are manufactured by vulcanization in press molds using vulcanization presses.

1. MBS and TMKSCH plates comply with TU U 22.1-35115248-040: 2019 and are intended for the production of rubber products used for sealing assemblies operating at pressures above 0.1 MPa. They are also used as floor coverings, gaskets, and seals in electrical devices, preventing friction between metal surfaces and dampening impact loads. The shelf life for MBS and TMKSCH plates is 5.5 years from the date of manufacture, and the warranty period of use is 3 years from the start of use within the shelf life.

2. Plates for contact with food products are manufactured in accordance with TU U 22.1-35115248-039: 2019 and are intended for creating seals for stationary connections and other products in contact with various food products at pressures up to 0.6 MPa and temperatures from -30 to +140 °C. The shelf life of such plates is 1 year from the date of manufacture.

3. Plates intended for use in vacuum systems are used to create sealing gaskets in stationary connections of vacuum systems. The temperature range for these plates is from +8°C to +70 °C, and the shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
