This visit was a special event for everyone who happened to be near the actor at Ukraine’s main railway station.
Douglas didn’t just stroll around the station but actively engaged with passengers, eagerly sharing his impressions of Ukraine’s railways.
One of the most touching moments of the visit was his greeting of young participants in the Iron Land project. The children who met the actor not only had an unforgettable experience but also received warm wishes from the global star.

Ukrzaliznytsia, in turn, didn’t miss the chance to thank their guest and presented him with a unique souvenir.
The company’s team, inspired by Michael Douglas’s appearance at the SAG Awards where he wore a Ukrainian scarf, prepared a symbolic gift for him in the form of a blue and yellow train window.

Inspired by Ukraine’s “iron spirit,” Douglas expressed his hope that his experience in the country would allow him to share its stories with the world.
This visit will be another step in supporting Ukraine on the international stage.
