Prague city Council calls on the Czech government to build a high-speed rail line to the border with Poland
They also joined the call for the construction of a high-speed rail line connecting Prague, Mlada Boleslav, Liberec and Görlitz (Germany).

A memorandum on this matter was issued jointly by the Lower Silesian Municipality, the Liberec Region and public activists from Saxony, informs Railway Supply magazine referring to Nakolei Pl.
Cooperation was proposed in the preparation of the HSR route, as well as in efforts to include it in the TEN-T network.
The main goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of railways between Prague and the Polish-German border. The Czech capital also supported the entire initiative.
