Membrane fabric
Membrane fabric is a technical fabric, rubberized and vulcanized on both sides
It is used to create flat membranes in various machines and devices, such as pressure regulators, gas reducers, safety valves, injector systems, hydroaccumulators, gas meters, carburetors, and pumps.
Membrane fabric is produced in various thicknesses and can withstand various mechanical, thermal, and chemical influences.
This fabric can be vulcanized in both molded and unmolded forms. It is suitable for use with air, gasoline, fuel, oils, and their vapors at temperatures ranging from -60°C to +120°C.
Operational characteristics of rubber membrane fabric comply with climatic performance UHL category 4 according to GOST 15150 and allow its use in the temperature range from -40°C to +50°C.
The thickness of the fabric and its maximum deviation have the following values:
- – 0.6 mm (maximum deviation ±0.05 mm)
- – 0.8 mm (maximum deviation +0.3 mm)
- – 1.0 mm (maximum deviation +0.5 mm to -0.2 mm)
- – 1.2 mm (maximum deviation +0.5 mm to -0.4 mm)
- – 1.5 mm (maximum deviation ±0.5 mm)
- – 2.0 mm (maximum deviation ±0.5 mm).
