A prime example of their success is the ICE 3neo trains, with 90 units ordered. Deliveries are strictly on schedule, and thanks to close cooperation with certification bodies and railway operators in Belgium and the Netherlands, the trains were put into operation six months earlier on routes to Amsterdam and Brussels.

In the ‘Infrastructure’ category, SPITZKE, a long-term DB partner in railway construction, took the top spot.

Using its own resources and an academy for training specialists, SPITZKE significantly simplifies the implementation of infrastructure projects. DB employees also undergo training at this academy, mastering more than 20 specialties.

The first place in the ‘General Services’ category was awarded to NEUERO RAILTEC, specializing in supplying and installing equipment for depots and maintenance facilities.

This company made a significant contribution to the timely opening of a new workshop for servicing high-speed ICE trains at the Cottbus depot.

In the ‘Ecology’ category, the family-owned company Holzbau Semmler was recognized for its eco-friendly solutions in station construction.

By using modular wooden structures made from locally grown wood, the company reduces CO2 emissions by 50% compared to traditional methods.

Manitou Deutschland received special recognition for innovation. The company supplies specialized excavator-loaders and lays cables near railway tracks using satellite navigation.

Modern IT solutions, developed in collaboration with Logtronics and Sodex Innovations, ensure precise route compliance and speed up cable laying, making this technology more efficient and safer.
