Three types of rolling stock of different lengths, in one-way and two-way versions, will be delivered to the capital of Poland. These will be the longest trams in the capital. Their length is almost 33 meters, which is 2.5 meters longer than the most popular low-floor trams in the capital. Each long tram can accommodate up to 240 people.
60 percent of the components in the new trams come from Poland and the European Union. All power electronic equipment is manufactured in Warsaw and supplied by Medcom, which cooperates with global rolling stock manufacturers. The driving data recorders are owned by another Polish company based in Warsaw – ATM. In turn, the driver’s seats, complex structures with pneumatic control, are provided by the Silesian company Damiro.
