KAI Commuter Expands Maintenance Across Key Depots

KAI Commuter emphasizes its technical preparedness in the depots located in Depok, Bogor, Bukit Duri, and Manggarai. Daily checks are conducted in order to ensure the safety of braking systems, automatic doors, as well as electrical circuits.

Maintenance is done monthly, quarterly, semiannually, as well as annually. This deters equipment decay, which in turn prevents disruptions during peak periods for commuters.

Depok Depot, the largest depot for maintenance, occupies a wide span of 26 hectares. It consists of washing yards, underfloor wheel lathe, as well as overhauling workshops.
