Indian Railways Launches Two New Vande Bharat Trains for Festive Travel

Indian Railways has also put into service two Vande Bharat trains between New Delhi and Patna in order to handle heavy passenger irritate during the Diwali as well as Chhath festivals and offer a faster and more comfortable journey.

Vande Bharat Trains Allow for Speed, Comfort, and Up-to-date Service
Two Vande Bharat trains would be operated by Indian Railways from October 11 until November middle to address the rush of festive travelers. The trains would run thrice a week, thus cutting down pressure on travel on one of India’s busiest routes.

The inaugural service (02253/02254) would operate from October 11 until November 17. It leaves Patna every Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday at 10 a.m. and arrives in New Delhi by 11:30 p.m. The return trip leaves New Delhi every Thursday, Tuesday, and Sunday at 8:35 a.m. and arrives in Patna at 9:30 p.m.
This train will make 17 round trips with 20 chair-car coaches. The second service (02251/02252), on similarly, until November 16. It leaves Patna every Thursday, Tuesday, and Sunday at 10 a.m. and back from New Delhi on every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 8:35 a.m., forming a total of 16 trips with 16 coaches.
