In Kazakhstan, the capital railway station is undergoing modernization, and 28 regional stations are scheduled for renovation, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
In 2024, “Kazakhstan Railways” intends to commence major repairs and modernization of the loudspeaker communication, video surveillance, fire alarm, and notification systems at the Astana railway station.
During the renovation period, the capital railway station will operate continuously with restricted access to the areas undergoing repairs. Additionally, current repairs are planned for 28 railway stations across Kazakhstan in 2024.
