HMAX software offers innovative capabilities for analyzing and recommending equipment upgrades, providing access to analytics through a cloud platform.

The HMAX system enables operators to remotely monitor equipment conditions, significantly simplifying processes and increasing efficiency.

NVIDIA states that the use of the XGX program and Holoscan platform allows engineers to receive real-time data. Information is processed onboard trains and in control centers, eliminating the need to send data to a centralized dispatch center, thereby reducing analysis time and improving decision accuracy.

In 2023, Hitachi Rail began collaborating with the UK’s Global Centre of Rail Excellence (GCRE) to test rolling stock and signaling technologies using artificial intelligence.

This step highlights the company’s commitment to innovation and the use of advanced technologies to enhance the safety and efficiency of rail transport.
