Saturday evenings will include a new service between Littlehampton and Brighton. This late-night train departs Littlehampton at 22:22 and stops at Angmering, Worthing, Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Portslade, Hove, and Brighton.

GTR Enhances Coastal and East Coastway Services

To improve service on the East Coastway route, GTR is adding a new late-night train from Hastings at 22:55, Monday through Friday. It bridges the gap between the 22:31 and 23:31 departures.

The 21:56 weekday train from Brighton to Eastbourne will now extend to Hastings. This provides more flexibility for late-night travelers heading east from Brighton.

Morning and evening trains will also stop more frequently at Moulsecoomb, making travel easier for students and staff commuting to the University of Brighton.

GTR Adjusts Services in Surrey and on Sundays

In Surrey, the 08:11 London Victoria to Dorking train will now stop at Ewell East at 08:49, improving access to nearby colleges and reducing transfer times for students.

Sunday services on Southern and Gatwick Express routes have been re-timed between London and Brighton. These updates aim to boost reliability by avoiding clashes with other scheduled trains.

GTR confirmed the new timetable will remain in place until mid-December. Further updates are expected later this year, particularly affecting Thameslink and Great Northern lines north of London due to changes on the East Coast Main Line.
