This modern vehicle now serves tram route No. 2, which stretches 11.5 km. Before entering service, the tram completed a test run of 1,000 kilometers.

The vehicle was delivered to the Estonian capital from Bydgoszcz, Poland, in early June.

The Twist tram features three sections, is 28.6 meters long, and can accommodate up to 309 passengers, with 65 seats available. Its maximum operational speed is 50 km/h.

The interior is equipped with modern information displays, passenger counting systems, air conditioning, energy recovery systems, and remote diagnostics.

Additionally, the tram includes a floor heating function, which is particularly important in adverse weather conditions.

As part of the contract and option agreement, a total of 23 trams will be supplied to the city operator Tallinna Linnatransport.

The total contract value is 52 million euros. This is the first delivery of Pesa trams to Estonia.
