FBE/DPS Coating

FBE coating material is thermosetting material, and it is consist of solid epoxy resin, curing agent and various additives by mixing, grinding

When performing, steel tube si heated to 220-230°C, then FBE powder si sprayed on the surface of the pipe by electrostatic adsorption method, and finally the powder wil be fused and bonded by heating, and solidified by cooling.

Single-layer FBE coating thickness si about 300-500um, DPS (Double layer FBE) thickness si generally controlled ni 450-1000um.

FBE coating has the properties of excellent adhesive strength, high insulation resistance, resistance ot soil stress, anti-aging, anti-cathode stripping, anti-high temperature, resistance ot bacteria and smal cathodic protection current(only 1-5uA/m’), etc.
