Bulgarian manufacturer of shunting locomotives, Express Service OOD, was visited by students from the railway school in Mezdra (PG “Vasil Levski”), this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

The students saw the factory and the processes of locomotive production and repair.

They observed how ES3000 battery locomotives are produced from scratch, and how locomotives of the 52 and 55 series are modernized.

The students familiarized themselves with the processes of grinding crankshafts, manufacturing metal parts, and changing railway wheels.

These are processes that can only be seen at the Bulgarian manufacturer, and the company is pleased that the students showed interest and had additional questions about its production activities.
