Eurostar plans to purchase 50 high-speed trains

The European passenger carrier Eurostar intends to acquire 50 high-speed trains, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

The announcement was made alongside the publication of the company’s annual report, according to which Eurostar’s revenue in 2023 exceeded €2 billion for the first time.
It is expected that the new trains will start being put into operation in the early 2030s.
