Uzbekistan will repair the railway in Afghanistan with a 50% discount

Reconstruction of the 75-kilometer railway line ‘Khayraton – Mazar-i-Sharif’ in Afghanistan will soon commence, according to Taliban spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
The exact start date for the repair works has not been disclosed.

Mujahid stated that the reconstruction of the railway line will be undertaken by ‘Uzbek Railways,’ which has promised a 50% discount amounting to $6 million, LogiStan reports.
