Ukrzaliznytsia temporarily restricts the sale of railway tickets through partner services: Privat Bank, Tickets.ua, Proizd.ua, etc.

This is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply.

So far, electronic travel documents can be issued through the official website of Ukrzaliznytsia booking.uz.gov.ua. Tickets for trains within Ukraine, as well as for the Kyiv electric railway are available via the company’s chatbots.

“The restriction of agency sales is a temporary forced step in order to secure the online systems of Ukrzaliznytsia and the availability of their work,” the company said.

Also, it is noticed that if the online system will freeze during buying a ticket – the money would bereturned within 3-10 banking days, depending on the bank.
