The auction for the purchase of 3588 solid-rolled railway wheels for Ukrzaliznytsia was won by the Interpipe company.

The branch “Production Support Center” JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” announced tenders for the acquisition of two positions:

  • solid-rolled wheel with ultrasonic inspection to dia. 957/ 175 mm – 306 pcs.
  • solid-rolled wheel with ultrasonic inspection to dia. 957/ 190 mm – 3282 pcs.

The estimated cost of the purchase is UAH 112 million, informs the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to Prozorro.

Ukrzaliznytsia will purchase almost 5 thousand tires from Interpipe NTZ

Among the two companies that submitted applications, Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Pipe-Rolling Plant OJSC offered a lower price – UAH 110,800,000.

The competitor of the company was MC Trade Ukraine LLC. Products for UZ should arrive by December 31st.
