18.09.2024
At RailTrains Expo 2024 in India, Urban Infra Group will showcase revolutionary transportation solutions for the future, as reported by the railway news portal Railway Supply.

The main exhibit will be the prototype of the vacuum maglev Garuda Vahaan, developed in collaboration with TuTr Hyperloop and Indian Railways.
Uzbekistan and Stadler Rail Discuss Localization of Railway Products
This train, weighing 1.2 tons, can accelerate up to 150 km/h, powered by a 650 V installation.
The train’s movement is enabled by magnetic levitation, allowing it to float above the rails without friction.
For safety, it is equipped with pneumatic and hydraulic braking systems.
The design of the train features a streamlined aerodynamic shape, reducing air resistance.
The project is being carried out jointly with leading companies L&T Construction and ArcelorMittal, and it includes the first Hyperloop test track in Asia, construction of which has already begun at the Indian Institute of Technology in Thaiyur.
Interest in the development of vacuum maglevs is growing worldwide. China recently completed successful tests of its Hyperloop T-Flight system, capable of reaching speeds of up to 1000 km/h.
In Europe, Hardt Hyperloop has completed the construction of a test track for its maglev in the Netherlands, further accelerating global progress in this field.
