In the mean time, Southeastern employees will be taking advantage of customized training and expanded professional learning opportunities efforts that will help create a more experienced and skilled workforce.
Steve Foster, People and Culture Director at Southeastern, underlined the significance of this initiative. By pooling resources, the partnership will give students something they cannot find anywhere else, while also helping railway employees further their professional development, he added.
