Ukrzaliznytsia will put up eleven non-core assets for sale

Ukrzaliznytsia started selling non-core assets. A total of 182 were identified at the first stage noted Chairman of the Board of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC Ivan Yurik.

According to him, 11 objects are ready for sale to study the market. They will be put up for auctions through the “Prozorro.Sales” system. Today the decision was backed by the company’s board of directors, informed Railway Supply magazine, citing Railinsider.
According to the head of Ukrzaliznytsia, the permanent commission on non-core assets developed plan for the disposal of assets which was approved by the board.

The list of non-core assets includes non-residential premises, structures, buildings, integral property complexes, and the like. In particular, the list of the first 11 objects includes 6 shops, sports club premises and 4 non-residential premises. Ukrzaliznytsia plans to receive about UAH 18 million from the sale of the first batch of non-core assets.
