Ukrzaliznytsia has defined suppliers of 200 thousand tons of fuel for UAH 5.3 billion. On June 14, 2021, as part of the selection of participants for concluding a framework agreement for the purchase of fuel, proposals were made public. This became known from the portal of state public procurement.

The agreement is planned to be concluded for UAH 5.3 billion. In total, it is planned to purchase 200 thousand tons of fuel, informs Railway Supply magazine

• “Torum” LLC ;
• Alliance Energo Trade LLC;
• “TD” GAZTRIM” LLC ;
• “TD” SOCAR UKRAINE” LLC ;
• “Levine TORG” LLC ;
• Oil-Trey 2018 LLC.

Note that the framework agreement provides for the right to conduct simplified procurement, if necessary, with a certain circle of participants. Purchases are carried out within the stated limits: up to UAH 5.3 billion. and 200 thousand tons (in this case). The term of the agreement is until March 30, 2022.

On April 6, 2021, Ukrzaliznytsia entered into a framework agreement with 12 companies for the supply of fuel in 2021. The volume was 206 thousand tons, and the estimated cost was 4.887 billion UAH. However, on April 15, the agreement was terminated, as the participants did not submit their proposals for simplified procurement under this agreement.
