UCI Group is participating in the international railway exhibition Trako 2023, booth E77, as reported by the railway portal Railway Supply.

UCI Group is Ukrainian developer and manu- facturer specializing in equipping railway struc- tural subdivisions, car repair shops, locomotive repair facilities with both metalworking, press, welding and lifting equipment.

The enterprise is located in the central part of Ukraine in the city of Cherkasy.

The main list of manufactured products is the following machines:

line of CNC lathes for turning wheel sets, these are portable and stationary overfloor and underfloor wheel lathes;

specialized milling machines for processing car parts (bolster, side frame, axleboxes);

multi-purpose armature commutator repair machines;

various presses for forming and dismantling wheel sets, for rolling lock ring of locomotive wheels, for testing rail welds,

locomotive drop tables, screw jacks, under- floor pit jacks;

mobile and containerized rail welding complexes.

Thus, the pilot project for assets tracking- grain railroad carriages, launched by the transport company Cargo+ in 2021 together with the 0G Sigfox Ukraine network, has been recognized as beneficial by both the national railway operator and cargo owners and logistics companies, and transformed into the development of ECBE-platform.

ECBE is an environment in which each business entity, legal and private persons, and railroad operators have their own profile. The profile, after the start of administration by its owner, becomes unique and contains all the information for determining and generating the appropriate IT cabinet with a set of necessary functionality and personal user settings.

With the help of a single ECBE, it is possible to remotely (online) control parent companies of their Ukrainian branches, use employees and specialists, both European and Ukrainian, for end-to-end transnational business processes.
