Since 2013, MLRP LLC has been developing and implementing deep modernization projects of TEM-2, TEM-18, TEM-7, TGM-4, TGM-6, ChME-3, M 62, 2TE 116, 2TE 10 locomotives and OPE1-AM traction units.

Modernization of diesel locomotives of the TGM-4, TGM-6, TEM-2, ChME-3, M 62 serie with Cummins, Caterpillar (USA) engines.

Modernization of diesel locomotives of the TEM-7, 2ТЕ 10, 2ТЕ 116 series with ABC (Belgium), Liebherr (Germany), Cummins (USA) diesel engines.

Modernization of the TGM series diesel locomotive with replacement of hydraulic transmission for electric transmission with a group asynchronous traction drive.

Modernization of OPE-1AM alternating current traction unit with installation of electronic equipment Di-Elcom (Czech Republic).

To date, our enterprise has completed more than 60 units of locomotive modernization.

There have been developed the projects of the following new locomotives:

MT-41 shunting diesel locomotives.

Industrial electric locomotives (traction units) of alternating and direct current of the ATP-21 and ATP-22 series.

Locomotives with a hybrid power plant of two types: with a traction battery + a diesel generator unit, and with a traction battery + a hydrogen unit.
