Dnipropetrovsk Switch Plant is participating in the international railway exhibition Trako 2023, booth E77, as reported by the railway portal Railway Supply.

Joint stock company “Dnipropetrovsk switch plant” is a machine-building enterprise with 100 years of production experience and a full production cycle.

The plant operates foundry shops for carbon and high-manganese steel as well as a metalworking shop with the ability to extrude switch rail heels and an assembly shop for switch products capable of welding rail endings to crossings.

The enterprise produces turnouts and spare parts of the P65, P50, UIC60, 49E1, P33 and P24 types for the track gauge of 1524mm, 1520mm, 1435mm, 1000mm, 900mm and 750mm.

Turn- outs are made for main lines, industrial, port and mining enterprises, for urban transport (metro and trams).

The product range includes common, symmetrical and curved turnouts, diamond crossings, access and connecting tracks as well as different types of gauntlets for 1520mm and 1435mm gauges.

Various types of railway baseplates and spare parts for mills of mining and processing plants are manufactured as related products.

Specialists of the design and engineering departments are able to deliver on metal any requests of the Customer and adapt the turnout to the required operating conditions.

Manufactured products certified according to ISO and OHAS standards.
