London buses will also be in operation, though they are likely to be very busy during peak hours in particular. For this reason, walking or biking is highly recommended – particularly for trips of a short or moderate distance.
Tube Strikes and Affected Lines
Bakerloo, Central, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria and Waterloo & City lines will all be impacted by the strikes.
And it will also have a full service suspension on its network from September 7. Travellers are advised to check with Transport for London’s journey planner or on its website.
How to Travel Better Miscellany For a Better Trip?
Pre-arrange your journey and look out for live service updates to avoid any disruption. For many routes, cycling and walking continue to be the fastest and least congested modes.
