The Municipality of Bologna has announced a tender worth €246 million for the supply of up to 60 bidirectional trams, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

The firm order includes 33 carriages totaling €135.3 million, along with their 4-year technical maintenance.

The first tram is expected to be delivered within 20 months after the contract is signed.
