The tariff policy of the railway administrations of the CIS countries for 2022 was adopted

The 30th Tariff Conference of the railway administrations of the CIS countries was held online. At the meeting, the parties adopted a new Tariff Policy for the cargo freight in international traffic for the 2022 year.

It is noted that the document was developed in accordance with the basic principles of the Concept of Establishing a Coordinated Tariff Policy on Railway Transport of the Commonwealth Member States, approved by the Council of CIS Heads in October 1996.

This was reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to the press service of NC KTZ JSC.

The conference participants expressed their gratitude to the employees of JSC “NC” TZ “and LLC” KTZ – Freight transportation”, noted their professionalism and responsibility in performing the functions of managing the affairs of the Tariff Policy over the past six years.

In 2022, the functions of managing the affairs of the Tariff Policy would be transferred to Ukrzaliznytsia JSC.

The next Tariff Conference will be held in Moldova in October 2022.
