In the suburbs of Paris, the T12 tram-train line commenced operations on December 10, following its official opening on December 9, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

Connecting Evry-Courcouron and Massy-Palaiseau, the 10 km line passes through southern and southeastern suburbs. With 16 stops, including 11 new ones, 25 Citadis Dualis trains transport over 40,000 passengers daily.

The consortium led by TSO, with the participation of Alstom and Terideal, undertook the construction.

The new accessible trains, designed for individuals with limited mobility, were built with the involvement of 7 out of 16 French companies within Alstom.
